Project Details
Roof refurbishment on two buildings – one is an existing concrete framed agricultural building which has been diversified from a cattle shed and is now being used as a cafe / coffee shop
The other building is also an existing agricultural steel framed building which is now being used for storage and camping facilities – both on the same farm in the Cotswold
We removed the Old roofs and re-cladded them with new 100mm thick insulated composite panels onto existing purlins for the steel framed building, and timber added on top of the concrete purlins to secure the new sheets to – with plastisol coated steel flashings to suit
We also lined the leaking concrete gutter and secured with a black flashing to suit on the outside of the gutter to hold the liner in place
