We refurbished 7 old and run down light industrial buildings and brought them back to life!
Along with a new steel framed light industrial unit at the front of the main unit

We stripped off the old cladding on all the buildings and replaced all the old timber purlins for new C24 9x3in purlins
We re cladded the roofs on the majority of the buildings with Sargasso Blue 40mm thick insulated composite panels 
The rest of the buildings were re cladded in 0.7mm plastisol coated box profile sheets with an anti condensation fleece on the under side 
All the sides were cladded to finish floor level with 0.5mm box profile sheets

We supplied and installed 15 sargasso blue roller shutter doors and pedestrian doors also in Sargasso blue

This refurbishment has completely transformed this small light industrial business estate
