This purpose-built light industrial unit was created to serve as a multifunctional space — part ‘man cave’, part workshop, and part general storage facility. The client needed a building that could comfortably support practical day-to-day use. Additionally, it provides a sophisticated, polished setting for recreational activities and upkeep tasks. We delivered a solution that blends performance with style, built to last and finished to a high standard.

Project Overview

We installed the new steel framed general storage onto an existing concrete pad. The unit has been carefully integrating it with the surrounding site and ensuring a seamless fit. The client wanted a smart, practical, and visually cohesive building, and we delivered just that.

Cladding & Finishes

We installed 40mm thick insulated composite panels in Slate Blue to both the roof and walls, providing excellent thermal performance and a clean, modern aesthetic. To complete the look, we fitted plastisol-coated barge boards and internal and external ridge flashings, all colour-matched in Slate Blue.

All steelwork has been painted to match, giving the entire building a uniform and professional finish that ties in with existing structures on site.

Access & Doors

For convenient access, we supplied and installed a roller shutter door on the front gable, along with two pedestrian doors. All doors are finished in Slate Blue to maintain a consistent appearance across the building.

Flooring

To complete the project, we applied a natural grey resin coating to the floor, giving it a clean, durable, and visually striking finish. This final touch significantly enhanced the space’s visual appeal.
