New Bespoke Steel framed Grain store x 1500 Ton and link drying building
This was a complete turn key job from the foundations to the completion of the building, groundworks and concreting
A double apex side extension Grain store and link drying building with a grain dryer and tipping floor and conveyor which were supplier by others
The building was designed from the customers plans, fabricated and constructed to suit their farming enterprise
All the steel work was galvanised coated
The roof areas were cladded with profile 6 fibre cement sheets with a closed ridge and barge boards to suit onto new steel cold rolled Z purlins
The walls were cladded with juniper green 0.5mm box profile plastisol coated steel sheets onto new steel cold rolled cladding rails
180mm thick concrete panels were supplied and installed to the perimeters of both buildings and to the internal walls within the grain store and link building together with galvanised vermin proof shredder flashings
We supplied and installed 4 x galvanised steel roller shutter doors and 3 x juniper green pedestrian doors
The floors were prepared and we laid a new concrete floor 200mm thick to the internal and external areas of the building, levelled and power floated to suit internally with a brush/tamper finish outside
New man holes and drainage were installed tying into the existing drainage from the rest of the yard and farm
