Over cladding of an existing agricultural storage building roof which had been leaking in badly.
The building had been previously converted to light industrial storage units some time ago.
The existing building and roof were previously used as an old agricultural potato store with sprayed insulation on the underside of the roof.
The new over cladded roof had 4x3in treated timbers installed and secured into the heavy steel purlins and existing roofing sheets.
Rock wool insulation was installed within the void between the new timbers on the roof / the old fibre cement roof and the new box profile roof.
0.7mm Goosewing grey plastisol coated steel sheets were installed and secured into the timber, along with the ridge and barge flashings to suit.
